Write the names exactly as they appear in the passport. The date of birth lets us apply the right child rate, and the passport lets us issue the domestic flight tickets with the exact details.

Rates are per person in a shared double room. If someone is going to sleep alone, the single room supplement is added once for each traveller in a single room.

Payment schedule

Payment	%	Estimated date	What happens
Deposit	20%	7 days from the confirmation	Secures the booking. If it does not arrive within 7 days, the booking lapses.
Second payment	40%	—	5 working days before the purchase date. That day we issue the flights and secure the hotels.
Final balance	40%	—	On arrival in Turkey, in cash (USD or EUR) or by card, with the bank surcharge.

The dates above are estimates. The purchase date falls around 30 days before arrival and we confirm it to you in writing when we accept the booking. Until that date, cancelling or changing the date, the route or a traveller is free.

Confirmation I have read and accept the payment and cancellation terms of the current tariff. I understand that this request is not a payment, that the 20% deposit must arrive within 7 days of the confirmation, and that otherwise the booking lapses.
